Unz & Co.’s on-line training courses cover company compliance with Export Administration Regulations and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Our on-demand training classes, are delivered directly over the Internet to your employee's desktop computers, which will give your key staff members a solid awareness of the EAR and ITAR requirements and their compliance responsibilities. The dynamic instruction of these online classes has been designed to give employees the compliance knowledge they need for their particular Key Process Area (KPA), and shows them how to apply this knowledge through engaging multimedia scenarios and case studies.
On-line export compliance courses are guided by an animated presenter who introduces and explains concepts and terms throughout the lessons. This "live" voice also accompanies on-screen sidebars to reinforce the instruction.
Each course begins with a broad overview of either the EAR or the ITARregulations and how these regulations affect employees in different Key Processing Areas (KPAs) of the company. Next, the presenter describes the instructional modules, or "lessons," including the course completion responsibilities of individual attendees.
The first lesson defines all the key terms found within the Regulations, andthen reviews, in-depth, the major concepts of the Regulations as they relate to corporate compliance. The ten lessons that follow highlight one or more of the key compliance concepts as they relate to each KPA (by company and/or department), and review the actions employees involved in those activities must take to ensure regulatory compliance.
Lessons often include various scenarios to provide greater instructional detail, as well as case studies which provide a precise summary of the lesson and help to illustrate concepts from multiple sections.
Throughout the courses, HELP and RESOURCE hyperlinks are always available. A STATUS field allows students to see their progress throughout the course.

Two Levels of Instruction are available for the EAR course – select the one which addresses the training your employees require!
Each knowledge level course includes an average of 11 in-depth Scenarios per each of the eleven Lessons, and an average of 5 Case Studies per each Lesson. This level is appropriate for managers and key departmental employees.
Awareness Level courses are identical to the Knowledge Level courses, except they contain only 1 Scenario per each Lesson. This level is appropriate for all other employees.
